Studio Pics

If you missed the last Open Studio, which was this last weekend, here are some studio shots for you. We have a home, a studio and a gallery all in one. People have asked us "how do you live like this?"  Of course the answer is - we have to! There is always work on the walls because that is how we store it. And the benefit is that art can be seen at all times.  Art work comes and goes from the house, but there is always something up.

Fernando's stone work in his front studio space.

Looking into Fernando's studio.

One of the collaborative paintings in the entry way.

Sorry I couldn't resist including this portrait that Kathy Morris took of us.

This is (sometimes) our dining room and Kim's computer work station,
and for the last Open Studio, Kim's new paintings were on display.

New paintings by Kim.

A oil painting by Fernando, an assemblage Rock, Paper and Scissors by Fernando
and an oil painting Learning to Fly by Kim.

Learning to Fly - Oil painting by Kim

Sculpture by Fernando - Are You Not Me?

Two new paintings by Kim, Into the Deep and Peeling Back the Layers

These are paintings by Kim and Fernando in the upstairs bedroom.  Also a little painting by Anna Christenson.

In Kim's studio.
Come visit!
